It’s an exciting time at Peak Leaders… After years of delivering amazing courses to literally hundreds of trainees Peak Leaders has a new management team – Guy and Emma.

We’ve known them both for years and Emma has been an integral part of the Peak Leaders experience in Verbier, Saas Fee and Argentina for eight years. So it’s natural progression for Emma and Guy to take the reigns of Peak Leaders and take it forward.

There shouldn’t be any changes to the way Peak Leaders operates day-to-day and apart from having new people helping you plan and prepare for your course, everything will be exactly the same.

Guy and Emma are both ski instructors based in Verbier where they run Element Ski School. Emma is also the lead trainer on the Peak Leaders Courses there and in Saas Fee. She’s also a BASI trainer so when she’s not coaching Peak Leaders trainees she’s examining instructors for their BASI exams – which means she’s the perfect person to help you understand and achieve the criteria for your exams.

Being based in Switzerland it does mean they will be running the office from Verbier from now on instead of Scotland, but apart from a change of office everything will tick along exactly the same as before.
