They will be updated soon as the course begins so keep checking, in the meantime have a look at the type of thing you will get up to on your snowboard or ski instructor course.
So.... Two days to go! The guys have been tucking into it over the last week. Lots of hard work, practise, and study. Stressful times! Everyone has been amazing during the course, and come soooo far with their skiing and boarding, as well as their skills as instructors. Saturday is the last day, then I have a feeling it may be quite a night. Loads of freestyle going down next week too, with some coaching days at the Remarks and SnowParkNZ!

HELI-TRIP!!
What more needs to be said about getting picked up and dropped off in choppers all day! Perfect weather, great snow and awesome crew made today amazing! Ill let the the pictures do the talking.

CSI exam are finished! With great relief the CSI is over, and a suitable afternoon and night followed. We spent the afternoon poolside at the hotel, enjoying a couple of glasses of Lindauer.

The final day before CSI!! Today was the day to clear up any last minute issues any of the guys might have had before going into the CSI. Tony set out a pretty chilled day, the slope was very icy so we worked on our basic turns in the morning, Tony gave us feedback and we had a few more runs to try and get our riding sweet for the next few days.
But as were not skiers, we also get to have fun!! we all went through the exchange where we hit a few rollers popping various grabs and spins, Jay jay again took a quality bail trying a nose grab but ending up doing half a front flip!! reaching a little hard for that elusive grab! Jen was spinning like there was no tomorrow and welshy popped a cheeky stale fish while matt hucked himself off a huge 180! Maha and Hannah cruised through popping off the rollers adding a splash of pink to the air!!
We cruised back to the big easy to practice our basic skidded turns for our demo, nice and easy but the weather was almost a full white out!! bad times. we lapped the big easy getting feed back and then doing the demos switch. Everyone is riding like instructors now and looking good for the CSI.
Tony then spiced things up by challenging us to a new flat land butter trick, basically going into a 90 degree nose butter and then 270 spin to fakie out. After a couple of attempts we started to get it, as per usual Tom was buttering his way down the big easy, he's becoming a bit of a jib master!!
The afternoon was spent with practice teach (sometimes blind!), nice and easy just making sure we sorted for our exams. The day ended early so we could rest up for the big start to CSI.
All in all a quality day before CSI!

Thanks again for an amazing nine weeks and i hope i can do something this summer with you guys, I'll be in contact again soon.
