Winter job opportunities with Les Elfes International

Les Elfes International is a family owned business specializing in world class winter camps and summer camps.

Founded in 1987, Les Elfes has privately owned chalets in Verbier, La Tzoumaz and Crans Montana.

Each resort in run by a dedicated team of ski instructors/monitors, kitchen, cleaning and driving staff, overseen by a resort manager and an activity manager.

Peak Leaders has teamed up with Les Elfes to offer our trainees interviews for winter job opportunities that might lead to an instructor role for the 2015/16 season.

But, just like with any real world job interview, there are no guarantees, you need to impress and demonstrate your commitment and desire for the instructor role.

However, our ongoing relationship with Les Elfes means that with Peak Leaders you are first in line when it comes to getting the opportunity to land that elusive instructor job, in let’s face it, some of the best resorts in the world.

Better still, Les Elfes is already nearly fully booked in all three of their winter resorts – Verbier, La Tzoumaz and Crans Montana – that means nearly 40 to 50 instructor jobs are up for grabs.

Interviews in Bariloche (Argentina) and Saas Fee (Switzerland)

For any trainees already on our 8/9 week ski instructor course in Bariloche (Argentina) we’re organising for Les Elfes to start their recruitment via the internet.

And for those coming on the 10 week ski / snowboard instructor course in Saas Fee (Switzerland) Les Elfes will be there in person to interview during the first half of the course.
