WE’RE BACK! SKI-IN SKI-OUT ACCOMMODATION FOR 2023-24
We are delighted to announce that next season we will be back in the Mont Gele.
Which means Peak Leaders Trainees will be staying in ski-in / ski-out accommodation that’s right by the main Medran lifts.
It’s also a big chalet where you’re only living with other Peak Leaders trainees – so the atmosphere is always amazing.
IS IT REALLY THAT CENTRAL?
The lift virtually goes over the top of the chalet!
But if you don’t know resort, Verbier is a big town and it’s easy to end up living miles away and feeling cut off.
It’s not just the distance, though – if you end up in Savoleyres it’s a long hill to climb on the way home…
With the Mont Gele you’re right by the main lifts, and a short walk from pretty much everything.
BUT IS THAT SUCH A BIG DEAL?
Ask our past trainees and they’ll tell you why location is so important.
A lot of seasonaire accommodation is miles from the heart of Verbier – sometimes a fifteen or twenty minute walk (or more) just to get to the lifts.
(Some courses are even based down in the valley. It’s nice. But it isn’t Verbier.)
But we have always wanted to get you as close to the action as possible.
So your commute to the meeting point is just a few seconds, and it’s only a couple of minutes to all the best après destinations.
The result is a season where you’re right in the heart of things and everything is dead simple.
WHAT ELSE IS GOOD ABOUT THE MONT GELE?
The Mont Gele is big but it’s cosy. An amazing place to relax after a hard day skiing – and you don’t have to get the bus in your ski boots to get home…
A few courses seem to suggest that living with all your fellow trainees is a bad thing – and what you really want is to be in little apartments scattered across resort.
But our past trainees would disagree…
They loved living at the Mont Gele. It’s got everything.
There are shared communal spaces communal spaces with two lounges, a dining area and kitchen facilities – so you can easily get a snack, watch a movie or just hang out with friends.
But you can still get some privacy and relax in a quiet corner, too.
Our mentors and management team are also on site, so you can always pop into the office for a cup of tea and a chat.
It’s been a brilliant formula for our trainees and the feedback is always amazing.
WILL EVERYONE BE IN THE MONT GELE?
It depends on your course and bookings. But the majority will be here.
Most seasons we have a second accommodation base (just round the corner) for some trainees on the January course.
So you’re never far away from everyone else.
But whatever course you’re on, if you book early you’ll definitely get a spot in the Mont Gele.
