VERBIER ASSISTANT CHEF

We’re looking for an experienced chef to work in our Verbier chalet this season.
You need to have catering experience and work well in a team. You will be working with our lead chef to help prepare two sittings per night (50 covers).
Work involves helping prepare, serve and clear away dinner five evenings a week (Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday).
The role will involve about 15 hours per week for ten weeks of the season.
Accommodation is also an option as part of the package.
Applicants should be eligible for a Swiss work permit.

VERBIER CHEF

We need an exerpeicend and competent chef to cook five nights per week and prepare a cooked breakfast once per week.
This 5 week-long role will require solid catering experience and the ability to think pro-actively. You will be catering for around 12 and responsible for shopping and sticking to a budget but making sure the clients are well looked after.
Work involves preparing and serving dinner five evenings a week (Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday).
The role will involve about 17.5 hours per week for five weeks of the season.
Wage will depend upon your experience.
This would be the perfect role for someone looking for a part-time role in the evenings.
Applicants should be eligible for a Swiss work permit – perhaps already holding one through another job.
