VERBIER ACCOMMODATION CONFIRMED

SKI-IN, SKI-OUT…

We have been busy this summer arranging accommodation for our Verbier courses in December and February, and we think we have come up with the perfect solution.

We think it’s the only ski-in, ski-out Gap course in Verbier…

WHAT’S CHANGED?

On the Peak Leaders courses for the last few seasons you could stay in the Mont Gele or the Mondzue.

However the Mont Gele has been sold and is being redeveloped by the international school, meanwhile Mondzue has not been made available for the full season (although the plan is for trainees on the January course to stay in Mondzue).

So we have been hunting for accommodation that is central, comfortable and spacious – and the perfect result is Chalet Venus.

SO WHERE EXACTLY IS VENUS?

Well, it’s literally right on the piste – overlooking the main Medran lifts and the resort.

In fact it’s on the opposite side of the piste from the Mont Gele.

So as you ski into Verbier the chalet is immediately before you arrive that the new Medran Bubble – which is currently being built and will be ready for 2021 – 2022.

That means you’re morning commute is a doddle, and you are only a stone’s throw from Apres Ski venues like the Pub Mont Fort and Offshore.

The building itself is a collection of apartments all next door to one another, with a combination of single rooms, twins and bunk rooms.

Each apartment has a lounge and kitchen, as well as access to the laundry facilities and ski locker.

WILL ALL THE VERBIER GAP COURSES BE THERE?

At the moment the plan is for Venus to be the base for the December and February courses.

It is also possible that some January trainees will be in Venus – but this is not yet confirmed.

Plus, if you are on the December or January courses and want to stay until the end of the season, then the Extended Accommodation option will be at Chalet Venus.
